- Is this closing line value (CLV)?
- No. CLV compares your price to the market's final price before kickoff. This tool compares your price to the last price Whet recorded for that bet, so it measures line movement, not the official closing line.
- Why probability points instead of odds?
- Odds gaps mislead: -110 to -125 and +400 to +350 are very different moves in probability terms. Converting both prices to de-vigged probabilities and differencing them puts every market on the same scale.
- Why can't it find my bet?
- It looks up prices the scanner actually archived. If it wasn't tracking that player, stat, line, and date, there's nothing to compare against. The tool says so instead of interpolating a price it never saw.
- The line moved my way but the bet lost. Did I do something wrong?
- No. That's variance. A favourable move means you got a better price than the market later offered; single results are noise. It matters as a trend across many bets, never as a verdict on one.
